This is how we create a “Fair Europe” for workers!

With ”A fair Europe for employees”, FH has determined 10 European policy objectives that we will work towards until 2025.

The European policy guidelines must form the starting point for FH’s work in the run-up to the European Parliament elections and the election of a new Commission in 2024 and the Danish EU presidency in 2025

FH works for an employee-driven agenda that creates better conditions for Danish and European workers. And which at the same time respects the way we have arranged ourselves in Denmark, including the autonomy of the parties to agree, enter into- and enforce collective agreements.

Answers must be found to the challenges that require a common EU approach to ensure fair and decent conditions for all workers, upward social convergence and the fight against social dumping.

FH’s ambition is an EU that can create growth and employment in Denmark and throughout Europe and ensure that it benefits the wage earners and does not undermine orderly conditions.

FH wants an EU that delivers solutions to a number of the major challenges of the time.

This applies, for example, to the future labor market, social dumping, technological development, the green transition and the fight against tax evasion.

The European policy guidelines must form the starting point for FH’s work in the run-up to the European Parliament elections and the election of a new Commission in 2024 and the Danish EU presidency in 2025.
